About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made through www.yuliak.com.au, including products and digital gift cards. The website is operated by Yulia Kuzmina, ABN 64 636 711 062.

Please read the product description and the information displayed at checkout before placing an order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders & payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. The total payable, including applicable taxes and any delivery charge that can be calculated for your order, will be shown before you confirm payment.

Payment methods are shown at checkout. After you place an order, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provide. Please check your contact and delivery details carefully.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order as described, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative or a refund.

Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and any estimated delivery information are shown during checkout. Estimates may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

If we become aware of a significant delay or are unable to supply your order within the agreed or a reasonable time, we will contact you and work with you on an appropriate solution.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not contain what you ordered, please email us with your order number and, where possible, photographs so we can help resolve the issue.

Gift cards

Gift cards purchased through this website are supplied digitally to the nominated email address. They can be saved or printed and redeemed in accordance with the instructions and any eligible uses stated on the gift card.

The expiry date and any restrictions on use will be displayed before purchase and on the gift card. Gift cards covered by Australia's standard gift card rules will be valid for at least three years from the date they are supplied or purchased, unless a lawful exception applies. No prohibited post-purchase fees will be charged.

Please check the recipient's email address before completing your order. If a gift card does not arrive or you have trouble using it, contact us so we can investigate.

Returns & your rights

Our products and services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask for further information so we can assess it and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your consumer guarantee rights are not restricted by whether an item is on sale, has been opened or was purchased as a gift.

If you have simply changed your mind, please contact us before returning anything. We will let you know whether we can accommodate a cancellation or return. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Services & classes

Hair and makeup appointments, classes and personalised experiences may involve separate details about scheduling, inclusions, deposits or cancellation. These will be provided when you enquire or book. Please review them before confirming your appointment.

A gift card does not, by itself, reserve a date or appointment. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
